The customer service has been appalling and technical support sorely inadequate.Įven posting on their facebook page has been really slow in getting any response. I can not go back to the store as they are out of stock. The up shot is they can't fix it, but will take days to send out a replacement. We bought this for our work place as a separate personal type printer for when we don't want to send a document to the large network printer. Read more s she'll call back, but doesn't as she is busy. I called complaints- who logged it incorrectly so no one called me back. Each call takes over 45 mins which is basically logging all my details only to find they can never find them when I call back. The troubleshooting by them has been really non existent. They are no help, don't give me a case number so I can call back.
